1. Who we are

Dollar Hub ("we", "us", "our") operates the Dollar Hub mobile application and this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use either, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• To verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
• To respond to support requests and send account-related notifications (e.g. payout updates, withdrawal status).
• To meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Firebase (Google) — delivers the SMS one-time passcode used to verify your phone number during sign-up and login.
• Payment processing partners — used to move funds for deposits and withdrawals; they receive only the transaction data required to process a payment.
• Legal or regulatory authorities — only where we're required to by law, or to investigate fraud or protect the security of our users.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account as described below; some transaction records may be retained longer where required by law.

• Access & correction — you can review and update your profile details from within the app.
• Deletion — you can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by emailing us (details below). We'll confirm what, if anything, we're required to retain and why.
• Notifications — in-app notification preferences can be managed from your profile settings.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions use signed tokens with expiry, and every screen beyond sign-up requires an authenticated session. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

8. Children's privacy

Dollar Hub is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and notify users in-app before the changes take effect.

1. Using Dollar Hub

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when you register. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP-verified phone number secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. Deposits and the payout cycle

Each deposit is assigned to one of 18 fixed levels and runs on a 90-day cycle (45 days capital recovery, 45 days profit), paying out 2× the deposited amount by the end of the cycle. Cycle terms are fixed at the time of deposit and shown in the app before you confirm.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released and may be subject to eligibility rules (such as elapsed cycle days or referral-volume thresholds) shown in the app at the time of request.

4. Referrals

Referral commissions are earned on deposits made by users who sign up with your referral code, at the rate shown in the app. Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referral) may result in forfeited commissions and account suspension.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or is linked to abuse of the referral or deposit system.

6. No investment advice

Dollar Hub is an earnings platform based on a fixed deposit/payout structure — nothing in the app or on this site constitutes financial or investment advice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
